CATALYST HIRE is seeking skilled candidates for the Marketing Representative, Field Sales position, for one of our Marketing Partners. One of the main tasks required of the representatives is to conduct face-to-face marketing to campaign for long-term humanitarian projects. Candidates are required to have experience in either sales OR customer service to be shortlisted for an interview.

Type:

-We are seeking both full-time & part-time candidates

Schedule:

-Monday to Friday (at least 3 days a week)

-Must be able to work full hours from 12:30 PM to 8:30 PM

**Please note that we are unable to offer the 9 AM to 5 PM shift at this time for this role.

-On average, skilled representatives can earn approximately $62,400+ per year

-Uncapped commission structure, with allowance and daily bonus structure

Education Level:

-High School diploma (or equivalent), GED or Military Service

Requirements:

-Must be at least 18 years old

-Able to meet the physical requirements of the position

-Demonstrates solid sales and customer service skills/experience

-Demonstrates strong communication ability

-Comfortable speaking with clients/customers, conducting face-to-face marketing and speaking with residential homeowners.

-Self-motivated and driven to work in an environment that is highly goal-oriented

-A positive attitude, along with ambition, organisation and service spirit
